The traditional house mouse has large ears, pointed nose and tiny eyes. A mouse tail is just about as long as the head and body combined. Their fur color is usually a light grey or brown, but could be darker shades. Adult mice are small and thin and about 1-2 inches long, excluding tail.
Mice not only live in your home or business, but outside near foundations; in shrubs, weeds, crawl spaces, basements or garages. The will eat just about anything, but are attracted most to cereal grains, seeds or sugary / sweet substances. They are resilient needing very little water to survive. Mice are excellent climbers, jumping up to a foot high; however they are color blind and unable see clearly past six inches.
